This evening, President Donald J. Trump delivered remarks to a massivecrowd of fired-up voters in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The rally was live-streamed for the first time on TikTok and garnered over 10 million views.
Here are highlights from tonight’s rally:
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“We're going to give you tax cuts. We're going to give you additional tax cuts. We made our country wealthy. We made our country better than it's ever been before.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“I will immediately sign an executive order directing every cabinet secretary and agency head to use every power we have to drive prices down, but we’re going to drive them down in a capitalist way, not in a communist way.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“Kamala now claims to want to cut red tape, but in less than 4 years, she has buried American families in regulations costing the typical household $5,000 dollars per year.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“To make both new and used cars more affordable, I will end the Biden-Harris Electric Vehicle Mandate on Day One.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“Two days ago, I watched a parade of the Taliban in Afghanistan, where they were showing all our equipment they took from America– $85 billion worth... Kamala bragged about being the last person in the room the night that decision was made.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP:“I will pass the Trump Reciprocal Trade Act. If China or any other country makes us pay a 100% or 200% tariff, we will make them pay a reciprocal tariff of 100% or 200% right back. You hurt us, we hurt you! It's called an eye for an Eye.”
