GOP Vice Presidential nominee J.D. Vance held two big rallies Tuesday in Henderson and Reno, Nevada.
Former Nevada State Senator Maurice Washington: "I'm on this train for three reasons: One, I want them to protect my right to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Two, I want them to protect my right to raise my own children and protect my own family. Three, I want them to...protect my freedom...I am on the Trump-J.D. Vance train!"
Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna said: "Do you think that it's acceptable that under Kamala Harris' watch 85,000 children have gone missing under the custody of the federal government? Do you think that it's acceptable that she's ignored the rape, trafficking, and torture of Hispanic women and children? Do you think that it's okay that she has turned a blind eye to the fentanyl that has destroyed our communities?
Highlights from Senator Vance's speeches:
Senator Vance: "For 40 years, we had declining wages for workers. During the Trump admin, we had rising wages...He delivered a giant tax cut for hard-working families. He rewarded companies that built factories in the U.S.A. and penalized guys who were shipping jobs overseas."
Senator Vance: "They called it globalization and that's what it was -- American jobs went to some other part of the globe -- and if it's up to Kamala Harris, it's going to keep happening. She voted to preserve NAFTA, the very trade deal that sent American jobs to Mexico."
Senator Vance: "We do not need a president who's fantasized about closing ICE, that would make the border crisis even worse. We do not need a president who wants to turn our cities into sanctuaries for criminal aliens and then defund the police, so there's no-one to stop them."
Senator Vance: "Loyalty to this country is closing the border, not opening it up. Loyalty is safeguarding Medicare for American citizens, not bankrupting it by giving it to illegal aliens."
Senator Vance: "Kamala Harris was rated the most liberal Senator in the entire U.S. during her tenure. That is not a reasonable moderate, that is a crazy record. She is dangerously liberal and she will never be the President of the United States because we're not going to let her."
Senator Vance: "The entire world knows that she helped cover up Joe Biden's mental capacity and decline."
Senator Vance: "If we don't stop opening our country to illegal immigrants and fentanyl, if we don't stop Kamala Harris, we are going to lose the American dream. That's why we are going to stop it. We're going to elect Donald J. Trump President of the United States."
Senator Vance: "And for the great service workers of Nevada, we are going to end taxes on tips. No more IRS bureaucrats going after our waiters and our bartenders."
